Where do we even begin?!?
We experienced some obstacles with our primary banking institution with obtaining a loan for reasons that could not be explained ?!?
Dennis came highly recommended, and immediately after our initial phone call with him, our application was underway. Being as though we compiled all of our documents in advance (Dennis’ list of needs), the streamline process was quick and easy and we were off into underwriting.
Not only was Dennis professional, cool as hell, and very responsive and easy to work with, he was patient and took the time Needed to answer all of our many questions. He was also extremely helpful in explaining in detail the many line items on our closing sheet. He’s an excellent guide In helping us navigate through the home purchasing process all the way through the end. Dennis reassured us and keep us posted at each step of the process.

A few short weeks later we got the news and BANG, we CLOSED!! Dennis and his team made our dream and dream home come to life!!
